Inspired by a 1987 Belgian exhibition of artist-decorated rooms  The Hotel Windsor in Nice, France is slowly being converted to a full Art Hotel Museum.  Room 65 was designed by French Artist Ben Vautier who did so by spray painting the walls with such French phrases as “I dreamed that I fell in love with the stranger in Room 17″ in red, yellow, and blue.
