Named after the famous cylinder engine, the V8 Hotel is definitely an auto enthusiast’s dream. Located in Meilenwerk, Stuttgart the 4 star hotel is owned by Karen & Simeon Schad and is a magnet for automobile clubs. the V8 is characterized by its “Bauhaus” architecture and car-themed rooms, some even with automobile beds.

The brainchild of hoteliers Rudi Kull and Albert Weinzierl, the LOUIS HOTEL opened last September 2009. Located in Viktualienmarkt, Munich, Germany, the furnishings are individually crafted by Munich architects Hild and K. The hotel’s interiors are inspired to be reminiscent of a refined era of European travel.
With 30 unique rooms to choose from, the Propeller Island City Lodge in Berlin is considered to be “a museum with guest accommodations… or a stay-in work of sculpture”. All rooms and objects were designed by German artist Lars Stroschen and vary from quirky to the outrageous.
British design firm Jestico + Whites transformed a previously abandoned Berlin building into the 557-room andel’s Hotel – offering panoramic views of the city.
